| Misterton Area Partnership was formed as
the delivery arm of the Misterton and West Stockwith Joint
Parish Plan, although it is intended that eventually it will
develop to establish partnerships with other neighbouring
communities.
The communities of Misterton and West Stockwith joined
together in partnership to write a Joint Parish Plan which is a long-term vision statement for the local area. The
Plan has been funded by a grant from the Countryside Agency's
Vital Villages programme, together with significant
contributions from other local groups. The Plan was published in
December 2003.
